I posted this image on my Facebook page a while ago and someone commented asking if this was taken on Planet Jones. I think that’s where all of my work comes from, but this one I like to think of as Planet Tahoe. While I tilt the camera constantly at the race track, I don’t do it much when shooting the landscape. This image is the result of the heavy camera and lens tilting by itself while I was adjusting the tripod head. I happened to look through the view finder and found the scene interesting, so I went ahead and made the exposure like this. Something a bit different!
